Who are we?
Damascus Road Daycare is an extension
of Damascus Road Ministries and is located in Whitehall, Ohio. Owner and operator Valarie Williams is the founder of Damascus
Road Ministries and has ministered for 15 years. As a licensed minister she is also a graduate of Ohio Dominican University,
holding a degree in Business Management. She is a single mother of 2 and the former owner of Wings Of Love Transportation
and Childcare Services in Oakland, California which she started in the Oakland Bay Area to help families struggling with finding
affordable services for their children.
